Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the CDL2GO website, creating an account, purchasing a course, using course materials, or participating in a CDL2GO training platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the website, course platform, or related services.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate account, enrollment, and contact information. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.
If you use CDL2GO through an employer, affiliate, school, or training organization, you may also be subject to that organization’s requirements or policies.
Course Access and User Accounts
CDL2GO provides online CDL theory training, course access, permit preparation resources, endorsement theory resources, and related support resources. Course access may be limited by purchase type, affiliate arrangement, group enrollment, completion status, account status, or platform rules.
CDL2GO may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, payment issues, misuse of course materials, or violation of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All CDL2GO course materials, website content, videos, text, graphics, downloads, training structure, and platform content are owned by CDL2GO or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may use the materials only for your own authorized training or account purpose.
You may not copy, resell, distribute, reproduce, publish, upload, share, or commercially exploit CDL2GO materials without written permission.
Permitted Use
You may use CDL2GO services for lawful personal training, company training, group training, affiliate-supported learning, or related educational purposes. You agree to use the website and course platform in a way that does not interfere with other users, platform security, course reporting, or CDL2GO operations.
Prohibited Activities
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, courses, systems, data, or administrative areas. You may not share login credentials, bypass course controls, scrape content, upload malicious code, misrepresent identity, commit fraud, interfere with course completion records, or use CDL2GO services for unlawful purposes.
Course Completion and Certification
Course completion records, certificates, or completion confirmations depend on course requirements, account status, payment status, and platform data. CDL2GO does not guarantee CDL issuance, employment, permit test passage, knowledge test passage, skills test passage, or acceptance by every agency, employer, state, or third party.
Students are responsible for following applicable state, federal, employer, school, testing, and licensing requirements.
Third-Party Services
CDL2GO may work with affiliates, schools, training providers, payment processors, learning platforms, email systems, support tools, and other third-party services. Third-party systems may have their own terms, privacy practices, technical requirements, and availability limits.
Disclaimer of Warranties
CDL2GO services are provided on an as-available basis. CDL2GO works to provide accurate and useful online training resources, but does not warrant that the website, course platform, support tools, or training materials will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific licensing, employment, testing, or business purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CDL2GO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost income, lost employment opportunities, testing delays, platform interruptions, or third-party decisions related to training, licensing, employment, or certification outcomes.
Changes to Services
CDL2GO may update, modify, pause, discontinue, replace, or limit website features, course materials, support resources, platform access, pricing, affiliate arrangements, or services at any time. CDL2GO may also update course content to improve clarity, technical function, or alignment with current business needs.
Changes to Terms
CDL2GO may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the website, course platform, or services after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to CDL2GO’s business operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different rule is required by applicable law.
